  4. ASAR (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a creative sticker brand.
  5. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions listed below.

  6. 2. Products

    • All stickers are designed and created by ASAR.

    • Colors may slightly vary due to screen differences.

    7. 3. Orders

    • Once an order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email.

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or shipped.

    8. 4. Shipping

    • We ship via India Post (Speed Post) .

    • Shipping time is usually 2-3 business days, depending on your location.

    • A tracking ID will be shared through the “Order Shipped” email.

    • We currently ship orders only within India. 

    9. 5. Returns & Replacement

    Since our products are printed-to-order and paper-based, we do not accept returns.

    However, we offer replacements for:

    • Wrong items received

    • Damaged or defective products

    10. To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

    6. Refunds

    Refunds are only provided if:

    • Your order is lost by the courier

    • We are unable to fulfill your order

    11. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

    7. Payments

    • Payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay.

    • We do not store card or banking information.
